A trip to the MOMA = beige photos

I was mesmerized by the work of Carlos Garaicoa. He took photos of his native Cuba and using pins and string would add or emebllish upon architecture to the exitsing scenes. I have never seen anything like it and would highly reccomend checking it out. It's a totally blur between art and reality. Awesome! Posted by Picasa

There were about 150 of these monitors setup in a room, showing the everyday life of an artist that he had recorded of himself over the course of a year (talk about reality TV.) The amount of images and input was overhwleming. I couldn't find an artist's name. Posted by Picasa
